Winter has now well and truly arrived here in the Southern Lakes Region.  Over 2 meters of snow has fallen in the last 10 days and the conditions out the back have been nothing less than incredible!  In the last few weeks we’ve been out enjoying some really excellent snow and calm conditions but it was all topped by Tuesdays efforts.

Last Monday up to 30cm fell in the ranges behind Wanaka and near 50-60cm in the ranges further South.  It was the perfect opportunity to take a Private Charter down for some fun.We were busy down on the Clarke and Grant Glaciers, skiing from 2200m in amazing snow before moving north to the Minarets for lunch and a final 5 runs to bring our total up to 15 runs and approximately 9500m of vertical!
